Alex at Al's Furniture was absolutely top notch. We purchased 3 flex steel loveseats, which was a huge purchase for us. (Picky shopper) He was beyond patient, he endured frequent visits, questions, measurement concerns and price shopping. Alex stepped up with each request and even advocated for us to the manager. He really went the extra mile to make me a happy costumer. He even took the time to lay out our room on paper, which really helped me to visualize the love seats in my living room. BIG THANKS :)

My loveseats arrived ahead of schedule and were delivered early. They were willing to match a local competitors price. I even received a call after the delivery to be certain I was happy. A very pleasant experience. Thankyou Al's Furniture for a Surperb selection of quality furniture. I have confidence that my new furniture will stand up to the test of time. All this and it was accompanied with excellent costumer service! Even the delivery men were top notch, careful, polite and very willing to please. I am very impressed with the entire experience. Now to save up for that amazingly beautiful Amish dining room table I saw in the showroom.
