This hotel was AWESOME!! From the moment I interacted with the hotel, I felt important. They have a convenient shuttle from the train station to the hotel. The van driver was professional and chatted me up during the short ride to the hotel. Check in was a breeze and when I walked into the room, it was amazing. The TV was on and on the screen was a welcome message with my name! WOW, talk about a welcome. I wss attending a conference and the ENTIRE staff wss amazing. The 2 people that stand out was the banquet server, Booboo! Talk about personable. She was attentive and very funny. I scooped some soup into a bowl before she could get to the station, she jokingly asked if I was trying to work there since I was doing her job. Great personality and fun. The as I was waiting for the van driver, the Guest Experience Manager, Tom (I think) said to give him a second and he ended up taking me to the train station. Everyone working here went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and I certainly was. This is definitely a must-go-to the next time business takes me to CT.
