My child was admitted to Peak View. I received daily phone calls regarding progression. Nurses were very caring and answered all my questions. Doctor called me to discuss medications. Nurses will call to ask for permission to administer over the counter medication such as Tylenol and Miralax., etc.. My child attended after care out-patient treatment and participated in support groups and therapist meetings. My kiddo has come a long way, doing great and provided positive feedback for Peak View in-patient treatment/out-patient treatment. Patient will receive questionnaire about experience upon discharge and a phone call to parent for feedback. I wish more people would take the time to share their positive experiences.
