The hotel is nice, our room was spacious and the food was yummy! Great value for money. There s a free shuttle bus from outside the airport straight to the hotel. There s a swimming pool, sauna and steam room which are super relaxing after a day of exploring. However, it is quite far from Amsterdam we had to get the free shuttle bus to the airport and then the train to Dam Central. Probably not suitable for a friends holiday as you aren t allowed to go to each other s rooms etc. The staff were great and welcoming...apart from the restaurant staff. We had finished our breakfast and piled our plates up and when one of the workers came over, I smiled and said Thank you but all I got in return was a straight face and a biiiiig sigh! He then began muttering under his breath and seemed very agitated by us just even being there despite us being respectful and well - mannered.
