Sooo. This is the worst company a have been dealing with, after calling more than 5 days with not answer I send a email, they call me 2 days after it was a girl with a terrible acent. So i ask for all my documents because I HAPPILY PAID OFF my lease on May but i m Still dealing with them because they have not sent me my documents and my spare keys even though on August 22 I paid them $39 so they can send those to me. Today I call again and no body never ever answer the phones. Terrible company please people don t deal with them.
