They tried to deliver my courier..they missed me.....

They tried to deliver my courier..they missed me.. I didn't even got pickup note! When I traced it online then I came to know that they attempted delivery.. when I requested to redeliver it they said its not possible you have to pickup from our office ( outskirts of city). Pathetic service
