Would of given this a 5 star review if not for the managers attitude from the moment we arrived and the Inkbot app they use. The tatto artist Steph was amazing, very pleased with the result and she was very friendly and chatty. This however, was overshadowed a little by my experience prior to seeing Steph. I arrived and enquires to the manager what the availability of appointments was and was told this is the busiest tatto place in the world, we re booked up for three months ! I was then able to book for 5 days later at an appointment of my choosing?? Upon receiving the Inkbot invite to update the tattooist with my ideas and alterations I took the chance. I also put a budget on there which I forgot to do on the initial booking. No response was received at all. I arrived for my appointment and it was clear none of the information had been passed on until that morning from the updates I provided causing me a little embarrassment. Again, Steph was great at altering things. I was there for approximately 3hrs seeing the manager a few times but not once did he say hi or acknowledge I had chosen to have a tatto in his studio. To summarise:- tattooist and front of house amazing!! Manager, could try harder at customer services!
