I've worked with Princess a few times already and she's always pleasant. Great customer service skills. I do wish that the wait times were not so long. I waited 4hrs for an oil change, tire rotation, and new filters. In that time they still hadn't addressed the recall repairs for my vehicle. I ultimately had to reschedule which is disruptive to my schedule
