This is my go-to grocery store. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and very customer satisfaction oriented. But I never felt the need to post a review until today:

While shopping with my two-year-old twins I noticed that my grocery money had fallen out of my pocket to the tune of $210. A gentleman who was stocking the freezer section instantly jumped into action, as I hurried off retracing my steps, he notified a front-end manager. This manager, Nate, sought me out, took down my info, and assured me he would have AP view camera footage as soon as they came in at noon. He also notified Helping Hands to be on the lookout as well as other employees. I was walking around like a blubbering fool, crying, retracing my steps over and over with my babes, sesrching frantically, not knowing what else to do. I finally decided to go home and wait to hear back. As soon as I got my babes buckled into their carseats, I received a call from Nate saying that my cash had just been turned in! We were able to continue our grocery shopping, and complete our purchase because of the quick action of the first employee (whose name I regretfully didn't get) and Nate's. This is why I shop at Wegman's. Their customer service is like no other. I am extremely grateful to Nate, the other gentleman who helped me, and to whoever the gracious soul was to return my money.
