The team at Lone Star Toyota are amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Susana and Derrick that assisted me with driving off the property with my red 2019 Mitsubishi outlander!!!
Prior to, Joe and Jeremy contacted my phone informing me that I was eligible for upgrades and they had a few options for me to take a look at. I booked an appointment for the next day.
Susana was one of the first persons that I met when I arrived. She is very personable, professional, and patience and made the process seamless. Derrick assisted with my request of a red SUV and he delivered!! I got more than I was expecting. This made me so happy with trading my 2013 Toyota Corolla for my preowned 2019 third row seating SUV Mitsubishi!
