Started out quite happy with the service but the clean started to go downhill with lack of attention to detail, what looked like a rush job and continued late notice changes to arrival time via text messge (less than 24hours). They did try to rectify the situation by offering a discount and different cleaning team but again rescheduled the time at late notice, which did not suit me. The staff on the phone don't really care to sort out my issue and in the end I gave up... Ultimately, I paid for a sub par service with no compensation. Quite disappointing and needless to say, frustrating!
