I'm surprised about the number of great reviews for this resort. Our experience was far below our expectations and we don't plan on returning. Without going too far into the details, I will say that we did not like the slow check-in process, the cheap Arrowhead water in the rooms, the broken A.C. in our room that needed repair, and mold in the bathroom among other concerns. Perhaps my experience was uncommon, but regardless I don't feel the Hilton mission statement was evident during my stay.
