I went to Freeway Mazda because a different Mazda location gave me very poor service and my problem was not completely fixed. I had such an unpleasant experience that even though things were still needing to be done, I went to see the service Manager there. His name is Ed and he was simply amazing.

I explained my situation to Ed and he was able to squeeze me in on the weekend. This manager had his technician not only inspect the problem I was having but took a video of the inspection and then fixed it for free. I asked if he could do an oil change and it was no problem.

I got my car back in under one hour freshly washed and the service was FREE. I was pleasantly surprised as I felt I was overcharged at the other place. The technician then came out and further explained everything to me. How amazing that was. The staff at Freeway Mazda really care about you and that you leave with a little extra something. Other locations need training from Ed as this manager really know his stuff being a previous service Technician himself. Ed really is great at explaining the scope of the work and associated costs. This location is the place to buy your car and have it serviced.
