I bought my car from them in early 2010 after getting rear-ended on the highway. The car I wanted wasn't on their lot so they had to bring it from another dealer and it took long enough that the insurance rental I was driving ran out. They gave me a loaner, so that was good.

Service through most of 2011 was fairly good, but in the last 2 years I've had a number of annoying problems with them.

1. One time I dropped the car off at 7:00 AM for routine maintenance and by 5:00 PM it was still wasn't done and I still had to wait for more than 30 minutes

2. One brake pad wore almost completely down in 22k miles while the other 3 wore normally and they just wrote it off as "something that happens" which wound up costing me $250

3. Their car wash ripped the insignia off the trunk and scratched up the back of the car with it. They didn't argue at all and had it repaired and gave me a loaner, but it was still irritating

4. Every single time I take the car there and they do anything with the tires or wheels it comes back unbalanced.

5. They acted like they had never heard of the concept of undersizing wheels for snow tires and I wound up taking it to another shop. The other shop also did the actual work much cheaper (although they messed up the TPMS sensor at first and I had to take it back)

I wouldn't say I wouldn't buy a car from them, but my experience over time has taken me from considering to be my preferred dealer to putting them in a position of no preference over any other dealer (it certainly doesn't help that the car itself hasn't exactly shown any of this legendary Honda reliability as it's been pretty much average with every other car I ever owned on that front).
