After going to a couple of other Toyota dealers to diagnose a major issue with my older Landcruiser with 310K miles, they were able to identify the issue and recommend and complete the repairs with genuine Toyota parts. This issue would have resulted in sudden loss of the braking system if uncorrected.

I was very impressed with their listening to my concerns and preferences for this restoration of two of the vehicle s major systems as well as replacing several drive train seals that were worn out and leaking. Each detail was explained to me, including alternatives, ahead of time. The process took about 10 days and I was informed of the progress by my assigned service manager, Josh, including some more minor issues requiring correction. at each point I was informed and my consent obtained. The quality of the work was obvious in driving the vehicle afterward and in the assurance that genuine Toyota parts were used for the restoration.
