My husband and I have been looking for a new vehicle for my son as a graduation present for a few months now. We have been to Honda and ford dealerships prior. I have to say the experience I received from our salesman Tommy Lombardo is every car buyers Dream. He explained in detail the differences between models and packages above what any other dealership was able to do. Any questions we had were answered with great detail. He made the whole shopping process very positive and fun. We have not made our final decision yet since we still have about 6 months til graduation but I am positive that no other dealership will out do the positive experience we received at Germain Toyota. If you are looking to buy a new car, I highly recommend asking for Tommy Lombardo and making the buying process a fun and easy Experience.
