Edit 2 - Ebuyer phoned me after my initial edit of review. They apogised and have refunded me the cost of delivery. It seems ebuyer have done a good job, it's just a she that courier company they are using cut corners. My TV is working fine and received no damage. Hopefully ebuyer can take this up with their chosen courier and emphasize that this should not happen to any future customers. Thanks ebuyer team for resolving this.

Edit - I have changed review from 5 stars to 2, this is because I payed for a 2 person specialist delivery, and the item was delivered by a one person, who was incapable of handling a 55 inch TV by himself. I contacted ebuyer and asked for my delivery charge to be refunded but have not heard back regarding this. The item I got is good and working and was packaged really well, if it was not for this the TV would have been damaged due to terrible delivery company they use. Also the 1 hour delivery slot provided is completely false as my item arrived over 2 hours after the specified time.

Ordered a TV, I'm leaving a review before actually recieving it because the customer service I received was excellent.

I spoke to a member of staff by the name of Cheryl that answered all my queries and helped me reschedule a delivery. I was even called back as a courtesy with an update of what was going on.

If the product I ordered is half as good as the service of staff then I'm on a win win.
