Had an appointment with my doctor today at 1pm. Ha...

Had an appointment with my doctor today at 1pm. Had my turn at 1:50pm. It is inexcuseable to make a patient wait this late, especially when you are the first case for the day and other patients had their consultation before you. I had missed my class afterwards because my schedule became 50 minutes late. At least the staffs were polite and friendly, no apologies for the lateness though.
