horrible cab service indeed. I work for a restaurant and recently contacted yellow cab to pick up a client. 20 minutes had passed and the cab had not arrived yet, so i decided to opt for an uber instead. the uber driver got her 5 minutes after the contact as opposed to the yellow cab driver got here 1 hour after i had contacted them. i highly recommend getting an uber instead of a yellow cab. Yellow cab one of the worst services ever.
