AAA "Customer Service" has really fallen off. They lack the will to actually help resolve issues, they do not actively listen, so you only end up being repetitive in your speech and they are way too sarcastic, argumentative and full of excuses. Don't bother even asking for a refund on day one within a hour of dealing with a call to request service, because "memberships are non-refundable"... Doesn't matter whether or not you are subscribed to any other products. I won't be renewing next year. Don't waste your money or time.
