The customer service at City Chevrolet in Charlotte North Carolina has been one of the best customer service experience I have every experience. They were very well spoke with positive attitudes while making me feel like I was apart of their family. I had the pleasure of working with Julian Bygrave who did everything in his power to get me in the car that I wanted. It was probably my first time hearing an England accent in the US, he's a great salesman but a better person. Thank you Julian Bygrave for you outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to get me in the car that I wanted.
