We are very happy we chose to work with Samara Presley at Smart Choice Realty to sell our Cary home! The final sale price ended up at higher than the list price, and we saved over $6000 in realtor fees! We are grateful to Samara for being extremely responsive to the unavoidable issues that arise with selling a home. The hardest part was keeping track of the numerous showings on the phone app, but we got through it.
