My experience with Proguard Warranty has been exceptional! Steve (aka Human because my call was answered by him not an automated system) was stellar in his customer service skills as he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable that my new used car issues were going to be taken care of even down to the towing that was needed. I am so very thankful the car dealership offered this brand of warranty and encourage me to purchase. As the dealership said, we do all we can to ensure the used car purchaser gets a good and reliable used car but bottom line, you are purchasing a used car! Folks, purchase the warranty and purchase Proguard!
