Very bad experience for 500$ a night.

Very bad experience for 500$ a night.
The room was very dirty, old French fries on the floor from previous guests, dirty bathroom
The room was so small that it was not possible to keep our suitcases open.
No curtains in the room
It was difficult to sit on the toilet because of the super small size of the bathroom
We asked many time for clean towels, but it never happened.
We travel a lot, that was the worst experience we had.
No service, no customer service.
