I understand Casino gifts are there to get there customers back and playing in their casinos. You can go there 20 times playing and losing your money during Non-Gift-Giving times but if you go there and pick up a gift once or twice without playing all of a sudden they are locking your account for non-play. I already played to earn those gifts in the first place, why do I need to play when I pick it up.....
