I got my first tattoo here over a year ago by Tanner and the experience was great. I didn't feel rushed or feel as though the staff were rude in any way. They even went down on the quoted price. They were even willing to set me up with an appt online since i lived 1.5 hrs away but unfortunately, I ended up leaving the country before I got a chance to book. Not sure why people gave bad reviews, but if you're looking for a place to get inked, i'd def give them a shot
