No surprise to see so many poor reviews. This dealer is as bad as it can get.
Was lied to about the cost of "fixed price" service. Lied to about how long it would take. Lied to about extra work being done. To top it all off the service manager ("Dwayyyyne") who is obviously an untrained individual with no idea about much in general let alone about dealing with customers, then decided to abuse and threaten my wife when she dared query why everything she was told by them originally was suddenly being changed.
What a pathetic bully to try and intimidate a 5'3" 47kg woman. Wonder if he would have tried the same with all 6'3" and 96kg of me.
This whole experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that after a lifetime of brand loyalty i will now never have anything to do with the Ford brand again.
