I've only had one meeting with Transition Staffing Group, but what a refreshing and affirming experience it was! It's been 25 years since I last looked for employment and the most striking change I've seen is the lack of respect for job seekers. There are very, very few recruiters who make personal contact, take time, learn about the candidate and show an interest. Transition Staffing Group does all of that with a friendly, and even more importantly, a really smart staff who sees a person....not just more "fresh meat" to throw into the marketplace.

The majority of recruiters, both in the recruiting industry and corporate, use the explosion of applicants due to online job posting and applications as an excuse to justify what is in reality just really bad administration of the recruiting process. Transition Staffing Group has refused to accept that volume means sacrificing quality. They've found a way to thrive in a changed world using a process exhibiting the highest integrity.
