From beginning to end, a great experience at BMW of Springfield. I walked into the dealership later in the day on a Saturday. A sales associate (Christian Mendez) immediately greeted me and asked if he could help. I was ready to get into a new car so we got right down to business. Christian guided me through every step of the process and helped me find the perfect vehicle with all the options I was looking for. The entire staff was welcoming, helpful and courteous as well. They even stayed an hour past closing to make sure I was able to get into my new vehicle which I appreciated very much. I will definitely be going back for any future purchases. Thanks so much to Christian and the entire staff, highly recommended!
