Traveled with this company before. Such a shame that customver service is so bad. Had an issue that has been several weeks in the dealing, and what a multi million dollar company offered me was 10% off. I mean that included that 5% as a returning patron. Shame on them. They took no responsibility and acted as if it were my fault and they were doing me a favour. Still no call from senior management, and not even gone on the trip yet. Think twice. All good until there is an issue and you have to go through hoops to get anything done . I am the number one Trip Advisor Reviewer in Toronto. I have been to 50 countries. Buyer beware. I was questioned twice on the legitimacy of my claims. The customer is not always right here.
