we had to switch rooms when we checked in because our room was not a suite at the Embassy Suites but after we switched rooms the room was great except for the AC didn't work. After paying$35 for parking when I tried to get into the parking garage the key didn't work I called the front desk and they told me it would be fixed and when I tried to get out the next morning the key still didn't work and breakfast ended before 9 instead of the customary 10 a. M.
