Food was incredible, and I can't emphasize that enough. It made up for the completely horrible service that our waiter gave us. All of the servers were fantastic, but the waiter never made eye contact with us, would leave abruptly after pushing an item on the menu, and was only friendly towards the end when it was time to write out the tip. By that point it was so bad that it was amusing, so it did little to impact how nice the night was.
Again, I do want to reiterate that every other person we encountered at the restaurant was fantastic. They more than made up for any lack of service given by our waiter. The other members of my party had been to the restaurant before and loved the service. It's worth giving it a try, and if the waiter happens to not be tip-top, just smile, grab another bottle of wine, and enjoy the delicious food.
