The welcome let us down, it's like the three staff...

The welcome let us down, it's like the three staffs (one was manager, assumed) didn't want us to dine; took 2 mins to agreed and forcely welcomed us and showed us to the table (at the KP lounge). Our waitress was friendly, appetizer was fast but long wait for mains. We ordered two pasta dishes and a lasagna. The place wasn't packed and most tables were served; it took almost 40mins for these dishes to come out without any update; we were just about to give up then our dishes came (we were super hungry after landing. Our dishes tasted decent.
