I have had the most shocking experience staying at our most recent stay. The place was unsafe, unclean and all the amenities were falsely stated. Host never responded and AirBnB's customer service was worse. It has been 3 weeks and I have been through 5 'case managers' to process a refund. All of them have no idea what the last one worked on. It is quite literally a joke.
