Wow! What a place! If you haven t splurged and stayed here yet you really must! You really could never leave the resort as there is enough inside to keep anyone busy for days! Our arrival was quick and easy (we did arrive around 10pm) our room on the 54th floor was stunning and the view was spectacular (those mountains )! The only downside of the room was the missing items from our mini bar which we never used and were charged for, and the small toiletries in the room were missing until our last day of housekeeping (lol) when we had already gone out and bought travel size stuff as we assumed it was just not included (like the in room coffee that is non existent ). Also our jet tub didn t work at first, however this was quickly rectified on our 2nd day when we brought it to their attention. I should also mention that while we were originally charged for the mini bar items they did remove those charges at check out.
The room service staff was fantastic! We ate at several of the restaurants within the hotel and had zero complaints of food or service and only wish we could have eaten more!
The casino was my favourite of the entire strip except the slowest for drinks.
Perfect location! We were close to everything and all the action of the strip!
We highly recommend the Cosmopolitan and can t wait to come back sooner rather then later!!
