A campsite to be avoided. I am still awaiting a response from Tohapi's quality department.

MOBILE HOME

The mobile home was dirty, dilapidated
The pillows were disgusting (forgive me the term)
The fridge was old, broken, rusty
Traces of mold were visible on the baseboards of the furniture
The furniture was broken, the chairs dangerously wobbly and broken
To keep the windows open we had to use bits of wood.
Drains in the bathroom broken, the shower was draining on the ground

Camping

The barrier of the campsite which gives access by code did not work, and never worked during our entire stay.
The regularly dirty games room
The campsite lighting only worked on the last day of our stay.
Presence of rats and mice
The swimming pool not very clean, despite the slides very popular with children.
In the internal regulations which were given to us, only one-piece swimsuit or bikini is accepted.

I received a non-conforming certificate of stay since we left on August 31st and not on September 1st
This campsite does not live up to being a 4 star. This is a real scam.

We had already booked via the tohapi site 2 years ago at the Domaine des pins campsite in St Hilaire de Riez, and it was much cleaner and much more dignified.
