Terrible customer service. After returning a sleeping bag several months ago I have yet to receive my money back despite following up several times a week. At this point they have been withholding more than $200 for several months. Every time I call they provide an excuse about what they are doing to try to fix the problem. Usually they promise to follow up with me to let me know what's going on but have never followed through with that promise. I will be filing a complaint with the bureau of consumer protection
