I went to the service center on 5/18/2020 because of my vehicle's safety recall. I called recall & service center before I visit the service center. Recall servicing should be free, but when I visited there they tried to charge $150 for the diagnosing fee. So I came back home without paying the fee and called toyota safety and service to check again if I misunderstand any of this situation. I was not wrong, it should be free from the start to the end. MAKE SURE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR ANY UNNECESSARY FEE. I went to the Dallas branch of Toyota and everything went good as it should be.
