Bad room service
There is no hair dryer in my room
How can it happened in 4 star hotel?
And they let me wait at least 20 mins
I won't come again

Hotel service is very bad!!!!
The room is not well prepared
After showering, I found no hair dryer.
After reacting with the counter, wait at least 20 minutes before taking it.
I don t care if I say sorry, I will leave.
Is it still four stars?
