It's been 3 weeks now that I try every day to have the CNS online because after months and months I still have not received a refund.
When I go live at the ticket office, they send me for a walk or they ask me to call.
I answer them that I do that call their services and the lady answers me with a rotten air that I have that to do ..
Personally, it's a big shame to be so rotten.
He hires people who are incapable but people who want to do their job properly, it is not possible.
