Just had the worst dining experience at Xperience ...

Just had the worst dining experience at Xperience restaurant. Had their high tea semi-buffet set and there was only 2 of us in the whole restaurant.
I counted 3 male staff and 3 female staff around, all acting very busy thruout my 1hr high tea. I can only see them walking about and bringing empty glasses around. No one bothered to check on us or ask us how was the food, my water was not top up for the whole hour too. When i asked for a refill of my hot dish, the male staff did so not just without a smile but WITH a slight frown!
A highly renowned hotel chain definitely needs to look into their staff training. Very disappointing.
