Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership.

**After seeing the reply below, I have to applaud the marketing team that follows up on your dealerships reviews.
"Response from Owner" Gives an appearance that "you" actually are concerned.
I've never heard from you, or anyone else at the dealership.
Guess this is the DARCARS experience...

I've never heard from anyone at Lexus of Englewood, DARCARS.
1. I guess the Lexus standard is to schedule an appointment to view a car.
Upon arriving @ DARCARS, expect to drive the salesperson (in your own vehicle) to the location of the car you want to buy.
Upon arrival, witness the magic of their online sales photographer! The fun begins, while you help the sales person, try and locate the car you scheduled an appointment to view.

2. "Hey, at least you get a test drive"... I found the lease trade in I was looking for. Unfortunately the car didn't have enough gas for the test drive.
