Car dealership from hell. Service here is really, really bad. They did my brake pads wrong and another dealership had to correct it. In my brother's Kia they left a rag in his engine and the car broke down. They installed the freaking tires wrong on my mother's car-- and I'm not really sure how you do that. Northtown is absolutely terrible and I would rather surrender my license then put my car near one of their dealerships ever again.
