I have nothing but positive things to say about Transition Staffing Group and my experience partnering with the company during my job search. Firstly, I was professionally greeted and offered water by the office manager Kristen who then quickly let the recruiter Paul know that I had arrived for our meeting. Paul was extremely knowledgeable of the finance and accounting job market in San Diego. I appreciate how welcomed I felt to be myself during our meeting. Paul took the time to thoroughly go over my resume and background to obtain the best possible understanding of who I am and what jobs I could be a strong candidate for.
