We had booking for 2 days for 4th of July we arrived at 3:45pm to check in and there was a long long line it was horrible. They told my husband that the room will not be ready till maybe 2hrs!! WTH that is horrible we drove for 3+ hours and we had our 4 kids with us. My daughter has severe allergies to food so I carry food and drinks for her. I was upset because we waiting for almost 2 hrs to get our room and had all this food and drinks to put in the fridge and carrying this from one place to another in the casino. Not just that we went to the all sea food dinner buffet and the crab legs were not tasty at all they tasted like they were kept in water for ever and had no flavor it really sucked. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and nothing like this time I m not sure what happened but not what we expected with my family. It kinda ruined The Who experience for us.
