ICU nasty and unsanitary. Blood on floor curtains ...

ICU nasty and unsanitary. Blood on floor curtains wall. Nurses throw used supplies and wrappers on floor. Biohaxard bag sitting open on floor. Used needles and caps on countei have never seen such unsanitary conditions in all my years.
