Deplorable after-sales service. HUGE error in the billing service found in March, we are at the end of June and still no real solution. This strip of donkeys claims 1500 kWh, actually consumed 463 kWh and I was the one who had to take all the steps to make sure there was no problem. Credit note sent to claim the same amount in the same month. Today more than 2 hours spent on the phone, with 3 different operators. I ask to speak to a manager, who obviously spends her life in a meeting or sipping an alcohol-free mojito. I REALLY advise against taking out a contract with them.
