I have been very satisfied with Vivint service. They monitor my system very well. I have not had an emergence but have had a few false alarms, mainly with y Medical Alert which I have inadvertently activated. Immediately when this is activated, I get a call from Vivint asking about my safety or needs. This gives me much peace of mind,
