Decided to visit the MELROSE HOTEL in DC... PARKE...

Decided to visit the MELROSE HOTEL in DC... PARKER the weekend manager seems to do nothing but DRINK during work?!

I usually don't mind a weekend manager drinking but this is beyond ridiculous for the price!

No weekend service... Nothing!

Shocked & disappointing, I will never stay at The MELROSE, Washington DC.

I got NO SERVICE & resolution during the weekend with PARKER,
The weekend manger" beware!

I was IGNORED by the weekend manager PARKER and restaurant STAFF.

In short, renovations do not mean class & service!

After being IGNORED by PARKER, "one of the weekend" mangers I finally decide to FILM my experience! Sadly, NEVER again.
