Just checked in, went up to our room and looked at the bed like I always do to make sure everything is cleaned, and noticed several hairs on the pillow which sent up alarm bells. I proceeded to pull the sheets back, and noticed more hairs and dirt, it was simply disgusting. Went down to the lobby to inform them, they changed my room, and the guy who helped me went and checked the new room with me to make sure it was clean, luckily it was. For me, this is an eye opener, I have stayed at some pretty sketchy places before, and even those had clean sheets. I really hope the manager actually speaks to the house cleaner who supposedly cleaned that room. Let s see how the rest of this night goes....
